We All Want Peaceful Mornings - For our kids too As adults, we crave  peaceful mornings.

    A few quiet minutes.
    Some deep breathing.
    A Surya Namaskar.
    Journaling a little.
Maybe reading few pages of a good book.

We try to build routines like that.
We wish we had these habits from childhood.
We wish we were taught them.

And the same we wish for the kids.

We want the same calm, grounding start for them too.

    But I've observed,
do kids even have that space amidst the SUPER BUSY — PACKED Schedules they are sadly living with?

In most houses, a school-going child wakes up at around 6 / 6:30 am.
The school bus is at 6:45.
The first bell rings at 8 am.

Where is the window for stillness?

And that goes on for first 17 years of life.

In many homes, mornings echo with:

    "Hurry up!"
    "Where are your socks?"
    "Eat fast!"

    Rushing. Chaos. Worry.

Irrespective of if the mother works at home or office,
the air in the house is majorly RUSH.

So honestly, how does one develop peaceful morning rituals in kids?

It surely isn't a simple task, no?
